The music video broke records as BLACKPINK’s most expensive ever. Filmed overseas, it showed JISOO wearing eight stunning outfits in just a 21-second teaser. Fans loved the album’s focus on self-expression. Pre-orders hit 1.24 million copies, a record for female K-pop solo artists. Over 70% of sales came from China, proving her global fame.

To celebrate the album, YG Entertainment created JISOO’s FLOWER HOUSE, a flower-themed art show in Seoul. Fans visited to see beautiful floral displays and received special gifts. By August 2024, ME became the fastest album by a Korean female soloist to reach 600 million Spotify streams, achieving this in just 506 days.

With its creative vision, stunning visuals, and record-breaking success, ME established JISOO as a global star beyond her role in BLACKPINK.
